Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.
What! Shouldn't the GPL licensed be licensed under the GPL? Shouldn't you be free to modify it to your hearts content? After all everybody seems to think that they need the right to modify every bit of software code, so why not the license that gives you that right. Oh, wait, YONAL so you wouldn't even think of modifying it.
